Ignite: A place for kids to play, create and belong
Ignite at Gosford Presbyterian Church is a Friday afternoon program for kids in Grades 3–6.
Each week, kids can enjoy games, craft activities, Bible stories and fun with friends.
It’s free to attend, and open to all families on the Central Coast.
Ignite sessions are held in a safe, caring space run by trained volunteers from Gosford Presbyterian Church.
What to expect at Ignite
Every week includes:
- Active games
- Craft activities that spark imagination
- A short Bible story that helps kids think about life and faith
- Time to connect with friends (and make new ones!)
Kids don’t need to know anyone to join in. Our leaders make sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
Who it’s for
Ignite is designed for local families on the Central Coast, who are looking for something positive for kids to be part of on a Friday afternoon.
It’s perfect for parents who want:
- A safe, supportive community for their children
- Bible-based teaching that encourages kindness and respect

Why we run Ignite
We believe every child is valuable and loved by God. That’s why we want to create spaces where kids can feel safe, encouraged, and inspired to explore big questions about life, while having a great time with friends.
Ignite is run by trained volunteers from Gosford Presbyterian Church, with child-safe procedures in place and a passion for helping kids and families thrive.

Fridays during school terms
Term 2 starts 24 April, 4 – 6pm
Gosford Presbyterian Church, 14 Young Street, West Gosford
You’re welcome to come in, meet the team, and stay for a cuppa when you drop off or pick up your kids.
