Mission Committee
Role of the Mission Committee
The Mission Committee was established by the Committee of Management to focus on our cross-cultural and overseas mission work. By dealing closely with the missioners and missionary organisations, they are better able to advise and update our church, on the various needs and issues associated with the mission work we support.
Missionaries
The missionaries/missions we directly support are:
- Tracey & Rick with Mission Aviation Fellowship (studying & upgrading in Canada)
- Andy & Rosemary & family with Mission Partners in Vanuatu
- Barbara with Wycliff Translators in Northern Queensland
- Glen & Rachael with Mission Partners in Vanuatu
- Fayek & Samira with Mission Partners in Sydney, in a specialised ministry
- Rick & Kayleen with Mission Partners in western Sydney, in Indigenous ministry
- Gospel Street Ministry, supporting the needy in Gosford
- Langham Partnership and TEARFund, around the world
