Maurie Cropper has been ministering at GPC since January 2005. Maurie and his wife Helen, had previously been on the staff of a Brisbane church for ten years.
Maurie is an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church, and a qualified clinical counselor. Maurie is responsible for our bible teaching, pastoral care, and enthusiastically 'driving' our church into the future.
In January 2007, Maurie was joined by Matt Ham. In 2006 Matt completed four years of theological studies. Matt, his wife Megan, young son, and baby daughter are a fantastic addition to the ministry team at GPC.
Matt Ham brings with him many skills, ranging from preaching and teaching, to music, and an ability to mix across all age demographics. Prior to bible college, Matt worked in the visual arts field involving animation.
Maurie and Matt are putting a lot of effort in to developing their team ministry, utilising their different skills and gifts, as God grows His Kingdom here on the Central Coast.
